Staff said a mailed notice had been received but the property owner did not appear. The agency voted to convert the notice of violation to a cease-and-desist and directed staff to notify the owner of the requirement to appear at the next meeting.
Staff cited the Enfield Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations (sections 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3) as the basis for the enforcement action. No fines or additional penalties were announced during the meeting; the agency set the next substantive review of these matters for its July 21 meeting.
