At the May 10 meeting the Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School Board approved bill lists dated May 10, 2022 totaling $759,523.81 (General Fund $504,506.28; Special Services $43,397.96; Capital Projects $99,312.50; Food Services $112,307.07). Payroll of $563,546.99 produced total expenditures of $1,323,070.80 for the period.
The board reviewed and approved numerous April budget transfers moving relatively small amounts between instructional, custodial, benefits and home-instruction accounts (examples recorded in the minutes include transfers of $1,200; $5,277; $10,000; and $16,000 among specific line codes). The Board Secretary certified that no line-item appropriation had been over-expended in accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10 and N.J.S.A. 18:22.8; the board also approved the Board Secretary's March report and the Panda LLC cash reconciliation for March.
The board set 2022'023 tuition rates for special-education classes, including LLD at $35,675 and Multiple Disabilities at $35,392, and approved related-services billing at $50 per 30-minute session. The board also resolved to implement a Section 125 Flexible Spending Account through Flex Facts effective Sept. 1, 2022 and Colonial Life voluntary benefits effective July 1, 2022.
Finance agenda items 24'3 were approved on a motion by Mr. Page, seconded by Mrs. Whitehouse and carried by roll-call vote of members present.
