Rumson-Fair Haven board approves broad slate of reappointments, tenure recommendations and hires; two proposed positions tabled

The Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School Board on May 10 approved a large set of personnel actions including reappointment and tenure recommendations for administrators, faculty and non-unit staff for the 2022–2023 school year. The board accepted the resignation of Elizabeth Peduto (Instructional Aide) effective April 29, 2022.
The official minutes list numerous individual reappointments and tenures (administrators and teachers by name with step and salary); the district noted that salaries for reappointed staff will remain at 2021–2022 step and salary until contract negotiations are finalized. The board also approved summer hours for school counselors and reappointments of paraprofessionals, substitutes and security monitors with listed hourly/daily rates.
Two proposed new positions'a Non-Aligned Licensed Professional Counselor/Treatment Coordinator and Phase 4 Referendum Construction Monitor 'were introduced but tabled by the board. On the addenda, the board approved the appointment of Frank Migliorino as Physics Teacher for 2022'023 (pending paperwork) at Step 20 BA+30, salary $85,100.
Most personnel motions were bundled and approved on a motion by Mr. Kenney and seconded by Mr. Page; the minutes record these as approved by roll-call vote of members present.
