Warrenton board approves sewer-extension agreement; one member recuses

The board read Bill 19-26 and took a roll-call vote. The ordinance passed with five votes in favor and one recusal. An alderman who recused said, “I recused myself on this. My family have family members that work for LAPC.” The board did not record any votes against the ordinance.
