Separately, the Board also approved opening a new checking account to receive funds from the Teal Jones water bill. The council said the account will segregate incoming payments tied to Teal Jones. That motion was moved by Alderman Shavonda Gay, seconded by Alderman Emily Jennings, and approved 4)
