NEDO reappoints chair, adopts 2025 meeting schedule and approves routine items

The Newaygo Economic Development Organization reappointed Ron Armstrong as chair and Ed Fedell as vice-chair at its May 8 meeting and approved routine administrative items.
A motion by Scott Faulkner, seconded by Matthew Boynton, approved the meeting agenda as presented. The board then approved the Nov. 14, 2024 meeting minutes on a motion by Ed Fedell, seconded by Scott Faulkner. Faulkner moved and Boynton seconded the reappointments of Armstrong and Fedell; the motion carried. Later, on a motion by Faulkner and a second from David Casey, the board approved Resolution N2025-01 adopting the 2025 meeting schedule.
All recorded motions are noted in the minutes as carrying by "AIF/MC" (all in favor/motion carried). The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ron Armstrong at 3:02 p.m. and adjourned at 4:28 p.m. on a motion by Ed Fedell, seconded by Steven Radtke.
