The approved items include: a $3,115,101 contract for 102 Kitchen Renovations at The Village (Blackstone Group, LLC); a two-year extension for external auditing services with Grant Thornton LLP with a $374,000 increase for a total of $1,740,000; a Nuvolo (ServiceNow) Workorder System license increase administered by Carahsoft Technologies, Inc. (increase of $223,065, total $1,350,000); a ratification for emergency procurement to remove light poles at Yogi Berra Stadium (South Shore Construction & Suburban Consulting Engineers) for $100,000; an increase for the SCOM Virtual Reality Classroom & Development Laboratory (Brahma Construction Corp.) of $102,704 for a total of $1,283,004; and a Panzer Athletic Center flood emergency procurement ratification (Mr. Fixit NJ LLC) for $65,475.
The motion was seconded and approved by the Board. The minutes record these amounts and vendors; they do not include further procurement documents or contract terms in the public minutes.
