Council: 2026 sanitary‑line improvements out for bid; Northgate Tower painting to be bid ahead of September

The Chair also briefed members on other ongoing projects. Specifications for the Northgate Tower painting are being finalized in coordination with Dixon Engineering and town engineering; bids will be solicited and reviewed so the council can act at its September meeting if appropriate.
Both items remain in the old-business pipeline: the sanitary-line project is actively out for bid with a scheduled bid‑opening timeline and engineering review; the Northgate Tower painting is still in specification and procurement planning stages.
