The Arapahoe City Council on July 16 unanimously approved a General Redevelopment Plan and a Zoning Regulation Text Amendment following a public hearing. The hearing opened at 7:33 p.m. and closed at 7:38 p.m.
Councilman Carpenter moved to approve the General Redevelopment Plan; Councilman tenBensel seconded the motion. The roll-call vote recorded ayes from Carpenter, Polston, Middagh, Kreutzer, tenBensel and Paulsen; no members voted nay. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Later in the same hearing, Councilman Kreutzer moved to approve the Zoning Regulation Text Amendment; Councilman Carpenter seconded. The roll-call vote recorded ayes from Paulsen, Carpenter, Polston, Middagh, Kreutzer and tenBensel; no members voted nay. The Mayor declared that motion carried as well.
