After the introduction and brief discussion, the council moved and seconded adoption; a roll-call vote recorded all members as voting 'yes.'
The ordinance record notes it was introduced on Sept. 8 and published in the Natchitoches Times on Sept. 13. The action changes the property's classification to allow a special exception for short-term rental operation under the city's zoning code.
The ordinance passed on a unanimous roll-call vote.
