At its July 10 meeting, the Town Commissioners of Queenstown recorded several unanimous votes.
Resolution 24-100: Commissioner Tom Willis moved to adopt Resolution 24-100, amending the Town personnel manual to add Section X (Performance Evaluation). Commissioner Bryon Callahan seconded the motion, and the vote was 3-0 in favor; the resolution was adopted.
A/C replacement contract: Commissioner Bryon Callahan moved to authorize JC Warner to replace the second-floor Town Office A/C unit at a cost of $9,798; President Al Hardee seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
Minutes approvals: The commission approved multiple sets of minutes by recorded motions and unanimous votes: June 12 (closed session), June 12 (regular meeting), June 18 (closed session) and June 18 (work session); each vote recorded as 3-0.
