Property owner proposes land swap at 6915 Main Street to secure access for potential subdivision; commissioners table discussion

Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan said an agreement would be prepared if the parties decide to proceed, and staff will follow up on boundary specifics and any required ordinance or plat reviews.
The proposal was presented as a conceptual request rather than a formal agenda item; no vote on conveyance or purchase occurred at the Oct. 9 meeting. The item will return to the board once Dixon supplies the requested plat and Commissioner Callahan is available.
