Queenstown reappoints planning commissioner, names Board of Appeals alternate and adopts conflict-of-interest policy

The board approved the Aug. 14, 2024 regular meeting minutes and the Aug. 14 closed-session minutes on Callahan motions, seconded by Hardee, each by 2–0 votes.
President Hardee moved to adopt Resolution 21-103, a conflict‑of‑interest policy for the commissioners; Callahan seconded and the resolution passed 2–0. The town clerk reported fund balances: General Fund $81,278.76; WS Fund $148,833.03; ARPA Fund $611,497.30.
With business concluded and no public comment recorded, Callahan moved to adjourn and Hardee seconded; the meeting adjourned by unanimous vote.
