Queenstown commissioners set tree-lighting date, approve bat box placement and defer several maintenance decisions

Commissioners discussed proceeding with Rauch plans for Maryland Avenue ditch work and potential Old Wharf Lane cleaning, but postponed decisions until Commissioner Callahan returns to the board. The town clerk reported fund balances (General Fund $23,623.72; Water/Sewer Fund $74,219.70; ARPA Fund $611,550.71) and tabled approval of the Aug. 28 minutes because only one commissioner present at that earlier meeting remains.
