Director of Operations David Crist told the Commissioners of Ridgely that storm cleanup work is ongoing and that the town installed a salt spreader purchased with ARPA funds. Crist said the status of a sewer line replacement grant "has not changed" and noted a separate discussion about lettering Department of Public Works vehicles.
Crist said road maintenance, paving and pothole repair are scheduled to begin in late spring or early summer. President Brad Sears told the board the town needs to update water and sewer rates and recommended a study to determine appropriate rates; the meeting minutes show no contract or timeline was approved for that study.
