After discussing proposed installation locations, pole costs and criteria for PSGRC enforcement of warnings and fines, the board approved My AV-Tech LLC Estimates 24150 and 24151 to install three permanent and one mobile sign with cameras and messaging and to purchase cloud-device access for a combined total of $105,000. The motion passed with all in favor. Staff said poles will be purchased from Paramount Asphalt at about $1,200 each and discussed options for the HOA to assume cloud-device ongoing costs.
