River Ridge CDD swears in three supervisors and elects board officers

The River Ridge Community Development District administered the Oath of Office to three newly elected supervisors at its Nov. 19, 2024 regular meeting. Mrs. Adams, acting as a notary, swore in Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5).
After the oath, the board considered Resolution 2025-02, which sets district officers. Mr. Mountford nominated Bob Schultz as chair, himself as vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. On a motion by Mr. Mountford, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the resolution was adopted with all in favor.
The new configuration leaves Chesley “Chuck” Adams listed in the minutes as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer; Jeff Pinder remains assistant treasurer. The board also reviewed required ethics training and Form 1 filing schedules and directed staff to add the annual four-hour ethics training deadline to the Key Activity Dates list.
The meeting minutes list both 'Mrs. Adams' and 'Chesley "Chuck" Adams' among staff; the minutes do not conflate their roles but show both present. The board set its next regular meeting for Dec. 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., unless canceled.
