Residents thank council for Unity Fest support and seek details on Dove Street apartments

New residents Tom and Katie Lamb introduced themselves and thanked the town for the welcoming environment. Robert Gallenz spoke briefly about former President Jimmy Carter during the public comment period. Mayor Holmes closed public comments and the council moved on to regular business.
