Mayor says warehouse near completion, Edwards Building demolition delayed; FEMA debris contract extended

On storm-recovery work, Holmes said FEMA’s 90-day contract for storm debris removal will be extended another 30 days. He added that the Department of Transportation will repair damaged sidewalks and that town employees have begun picking up small yard debris.
Holmes also noted that a set of town light fixtures had deteriorated and will need replacement. No firm dates or dollar amounts for the light replacements were recorded in the minutes.
