Planning commission opens nominations for chair, vice chair and secretary; elections set for June 10

During new business at the May 13 Brentwood Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, commissioners opened nominations for annual officer positions. Lisa Shearing nominated Hart Nelson for chair. A commissioner nominated Mark Fazza for vice chair, and Lisa Shearing nominated Paul Moran for secretary.
The commission noted nominations are taken in May and elections will occur at the June 10 meeting; no votes were taken on May 13. Whitney, director of planning and development, reiterated that the commission will be notified if additional applications are submitted and confirmed the next regular meeting date.
The nominations will be on the June 10 agenda for formal votes.
