The appointment formalizes an action that had been announced at the Jan. 20 meeting but had not received the required Board vote.
Mayor David Dimmitt led the procedural action; the City Administrator and City Attorney were present during the ratification. The board did not attach additional conditions to the appointment.
The meeting record shows the ratification took place during the regular meeting convened at Brentwood City Hall at 6:00 p.m.
