Horton also reported no additional snow-removal bids had been received and the council accepted C&C Lawns' bid for $5,500 per snow push; the minutes record a poll showing a majority present voted in favor. Horton said he had researched Open Time Clock, a GPS-enabled electronic timekeeping system, and expects more information at the next meeting with a hoped-for mid-February implementation. Andy Sadler told the council Coca-Cola would retrieve the cooler at Middle Field and asked the council to approve up to $3,000 to replace it; the minutes record discussion but no motion on the cooler.
