Council members approved DWRSF request No. 8 for $87,470 to Team Elmer’s for water‑service work performed Dec. 31–June 30 on Lincoln and Bigley (motion by Votruba; seconded by Wilkins). On the village’s Elberta Beach Improvement Project (MNRTF20‑0013), the council approved Change Order No. 2 adding stone and amending a section of walkway to cover exposed rock, with a net increase of $6,965.30 and a contract time extension to Oct. 31.
