Yamhill County approves LSTA grant application, $452,777 roads contract and $119,000 HVAC purchase

The contract is identified as Oracle #PW26003CON and is effective upon issuance of Notice to Proceed through Sept. 4, 2026. Commissioner Kit Johnston moved approval; the motion passed with all three commissioners voting aye.
B.O. 26-116 approved a Purchase Order agreement with Trane US, Inc. to update HVAC controls in the Government Services Building for $119,000. Commissioner Johnston moved approval; Commissioners Johnston, Starrett and King voted aye.
