Hamilton approves Metro Asphalt contract for Phase 1 street improvements

City staff later provided routine project updates during the meeting: public-works reports included a separate note that DNR has approved moving forward with chlorine improvements at the water plant, and staff reported a water-line leak under Old Hwy 36 that will require approximately 90 feet of replacement.
