Rebecca, representing the Great Highlands Regional Planning Commission’s Won by One program, said the project would require architect services if a grant is awarded; the board preselected Ellison-Auxier Architects, Inc. contingent on attorney review and the grant award.

City Administrator Lauren Dannar provided an update on law enforcement matters and read the People Services monthly report; Streets Supervisor Wade Reed summarized street maintenance work, including durapatching, crack sealing, brush hogging around the reservoir and power washing park equipment. Mayor Cole Crawford reported that disc golf baskets are being installed at the reservoir, the Butterfly Park weeds have been sprayed, the farmers market has started and the library is running a summer reading program.
Next steps noted in the meeting: the City Administrator was assigned to move forward on the 3C MOU and to coordinate attorney review of the architect contract; the Streets Department was directed to schedule resurfacing work and continue maintenance described in the meeting.
The board planned a work session for June 24, 2025 and scheduled the next regular meeting for July 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
