Staff noted amendments to the general fund, including $19,800 in council office equipment and a $58,000 reduction in software purchases moved to supplemental requests. The presentation highlighted increased revenues at DSRP (rentals, merchandise) affecting the balance forward and proposed allocations for FY2027 projects. Sean emphasized that the proposed file is posted on the city website and that staff will upload Q&A answers and updated binders for the July 14 workshop.
Council asked for clarifications on sidewalk fee-in-lieu amounts and comparisons to other cities and for additional transportation and maintenance detail to inform committee work. Staff said the next major action item is Aug. 4, when the council is scheduled to set the proposed tax rate and hearing dates for the budget adoption.
