Village of Four Seasons swears in new trustees and elects board officers

The Village of Four Seasons Board of Trustees convened April 22 and swore in newly elected trustees Mr. Trowbridge and Mr. Murphy and confirmed Trustee Mrs. Ruck and village clerks Mrs. Glover and Ms. Shearrer.
Trustee Baldridge thanked outgoing Trustees Mr. Weihs and Mrs. Jones for their service and Mrs. Ruck presented each with a plaque. Mrs. Ruck moved to approve Resolutions R26.02 and R26.03 expressing public gratitude; Mr. Perdue seconded and the resolutions passed by roll call vote.
The board conducted officer elections. Mrs. Ruck moved to elect Mr. Baldridge as chairperson; Mr. Perdue seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Ruck then moved to elect Mr. Perdue as vice chairperson; Mr. Murphy seconded and that motion also passed unanimously. The board accepted Resolution 26.04, a voluntary waiver of trustee stipends, on a unanimous vote after a motion by Mrs. Ruck and second by Mr. Murphy.
The board approved the March 11, 2026 regular meeting minutes by unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.; the next meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026.
