- Approve minutes of the Nov. 24 regular meeting (mover: Councilman R. McKenrick; seconder: Councilwoman T. Hovis). Outcome: approved 5-0.
- Release of Stanley Martin Homes letter of credit for Ashley Oaks Phase 8, confirming required work and inspections completed (mover: Councilman R. McKenrick; seconder: Mayor Pro Tem Fripp). Outcome: approved 5-0.
- First reading of Ordinance 2026.001 to amend Section 30.03 (Meetings of Council) to set the fourth Monday as the default meeting date and add the Town Manager as an authorized official to call special meetings (mover: Councilman R. McKenrick; seconder: Councilwoman T. Hovis). Outcome: approved on first reading 5-0; second reading required for adoption.
- Establish Event Safety Task Force for Doko Meadows Park; designate Councilwoman T. Hovis as Council representative (mover: Councilman R. McKenrick; seconder: Mayor Pro Tem Fripp). Outcome: approved 5-0.
