The consent agenda—moved by Mr. Jake Drenon and seconded by Mr. Scott Swigert—included payment of bills totaling $247,374.13 (check nos. 150185–150281), approval of minutes from Oct. 29, 2024, routine financials and the 2024–25 curriculum handbook (motion carried 5‑0).
Under new business Mr. Brad Hunter presented the sole bid for snow removal and recommended Eric Trout Creations at $650.00 per event to service parking lots and sidewalks at both school buildings; Mr. Jake Drenon moved, Mr. Ryan Hoffman seconded and the motion carried 5‑0. The board also approved the presented board manual on a motion by Mr. Ryan Hoffman, seconded by Mr. Scott Swigert (motion carried 5‑0).
Mr. Scott Swigert moved and Mr. Andy Burkhart seconded the motion to adjourn; the meeting ended at 6:59 p.m. All recorded motions were unanimous among the five trustees present.
