Trappe council approves Lakeview Park rubber mulch, 4–1 vote

Commissioners Michael Sullivan, President Schmidt, Rose Potter and Walter Chase voted in favor; Commissioner Jeremy Newnam voted against the motion. The motion carried 4–1. The council did not record additional conditions in the workshop minutes about installation timing or warranty details.
