Town Attorney Suellen Ferguson explained that the ordinance was modified from the introduced version: a proposed Public Works capital outlay line was unnecessary because the Public Works Director preferred placement of the funds in an existing line (07-7000). Councilmember William Sweet moved adoption and Councilmember Mary Gathercole seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
