Ordinances: The council reapproved second readings of two ordinances so they can be codified and published. The first was the open burning ordinance, renumbered for 2026 as ordinance 2026-01; the second was the wireless telecommunication facilities ordinance, renumbered 2026-02. The chair said reapproval was needed because codification and publication step had not been completed earlier; trustees voted to reapprove both second readings so staff can begin the codification process.
