Chair Georgette Cole said the draft waiver is being compiled from the town's existing ordinances, the Town Comprehensive Plan and a draft provided by Historic Preservation Commissioner David Stopak. Commissioners reviewed the document and agreed to take it up again at their next meeting on March 18 to refine text and public-notice plans.
Cole also reported that Historic Preservation Commission Chair Bob Booher prepared a written response to a zoning proposal from Governor Moore; she encouraged commissioners to read that response. Peter Nagrod said he will summarize progress in his Planning Commission report to the Town Council.
