Regular Member Bob Riva moved to approve the meeting agenda; Dr. Danella Schiffer seconded and the motion passed 3-0-0 (this vote preceded Vice Chair Cathy Shyer joining the meeting). Later, after Vice Chair Shyer joined and was seated to vote, the commission took up approval of the July 7, 2025 minutes. Riva again moved to approve the minutes; Schiffer seconded and the motion passed 4-0-1 with Shyer recorded as abstaining because she was not present for the entire July 7 meeting.
There was no public comment during the public comment period. Vice Chair Cathy Shyer moved to adjourn at 7:46 p.m.; Riva seconded and the adjournment motion carried 5-0-0.
