Staff recommended proceeding with plans and bids and council approved the project calendar and associated resolutions (32947–32948).
Council asked whether the contractor could start earlier if materials allowed; staff said the bridge is premanufactured and could start work earlier if delivery and manufacturing timing allow, and that winter work windows were possible without charging certain days.
