The applicant has submitted documents regarding leased parking but the commission added a condition that a formal lease agreement—specifically any agreements with mass-transit or parking providers—be provided and reviewed before final approval.
The commission adjourned the public hearing to the Aug. 26 meeting and directed planning staff and consultants to prepare approval documents and continued to seek clarification on the shared-parking lease.
