Staff said a feasibility and condition assessment could likely be completed using on‑call architectural/engineering contracts and estimated a placeholder range of $50,000–$100,000 but agreed to provide a firm written quote.
A motion to require a concrete estimate before proceeding with the feasibility study carried on roll call; the committee postponed active work until that estimate is provided and discussed bringing the matter back at the next committee meeting once a cost/scope is available.
