During the plan-acceptance and closing portions of the June 23 meeting the Suffield Conservation Commission approved several procedural items.
Permit #1746 (owner listed as Coby) — a retrospective permit for a retaining wall and replacement of an existing screen porch at a Mountain Road property (Assessor’s Map 4H, Block 2, Lot 10) — was approved on a motion by Commissioner Norm John Noble, seconded by Commissioner Jessica McCue. Consultant Keith Morris will oversee replacement of the porch screen and monitor compliance. The minutes record the motion as "passed unanimously" but do not list individual recorded votes.
The commission also approved the minutes from the May 12, 2026 meeting on a motion by Commissioner Noble, seconded by Commissioner Ray Wilcox; that motion likewise passed unanimously. Vice-Chairman Glenn Neilson moved to adjourn at 8:49 p.m., Commissioner Wilcox seconded, and the adjournment motion passed unanimously.
The transcript does not record individual yes/no votes for these motions; where the minutes state "passed unanimously" the text contains no roll-call detail.
