Nick, who presented the item, said the provision’s intent is to allow contractors to access homes on Reinking Road when work occurs at occupied residences while preventing through heavy truck traffic. Staff recommended approval and the board moved and seconded the ordinance; roll-call votes recorded approval and the motion carried.
Staff will implement the code amendment and provide any necessary signage and enforcement guidance consistent with the ordinance.
