At its Oct. 27 meeting, the Merrimac Conservation Commission discussed a reported violation at 103R River Rd., where excavation and ground disturbance occurred without an Order of Conditions or prior commission approval.
A commission member explained that the work proceeded without the required permit or approval; owners Jake Wallace and Ms. Wallace attended the meeting and had installed some erosion control measures.
