Shrewsbury aldermen unanimously approve Engenuity engineering contract, appoint Board of Adjustment member and fund thermal imagers

During public comment, resident Sheryl Maisenhelder of 810 Lordshill Street asked that the April 8 minutes be corrected to show Alderman Grant Diel's presence.
