Gaming board recommends broad slate of suitability and license approvals, including Wynn and Bally's executives

Key approvals recommended by the board included Jackie Crum (Wynn Resorts) for officer/key executive suitability after a presentation covering her legal and compliance background and oversight responsibilities. Board members praised Crum’s governance experience and the agent’s favorable report.
The board also recommended approval of Vladimira Myercheva (candidate introduced for Bally’s Corporation) for findings of suitability and licensure as chief financial officer and executive vice president; counsel and the applicant discussed operational oversight, treasury responsibilities and large development projects including the Tropicana site and a stadium‑anchored development targeting 2028. The applicant described recent capital‑markets transactions, a merger with Intralot that produced significant cash proceeds, and a refinancing that extended maturities.
Other individual approvals recommended included Edward Roski III for suitability in connection with Majestic Nevada and a slate of officer/officer/director applications and license transfers across the nonrestricted consent agenda. The board also recommended approval of a William Hill Race & Sportsbook kiosk license to operate a race book and sports pool kiosk at Hotel Nevada & Gambling Hall in Ely (initially one kiosk, with a second possible if demand warrants), subject to surveillance, internal controls and reserve agreement conditions.
Across restricted items the board read and recommended approval of multiple convenience‑store and manufacturer distributor licenses (Century Gaming Technologies/United Coin Machine Company and others), and approved two restricted items converting space leases to revenue‑share agreements for small stores, noting standard surveillance and signage conditions.
Votes on the items were recorded on the record and passed with board members voting in favor; investigative agents reported no areas of concern for the applications presented.
