The commission also approved a $9,873 quote to repair a damaged gate at the jail and authorized an estimated $1,000 for electrical work tied to Reassurance Solutions equipment installation.
On item 14, the commission considered a resolution to use opioid funds to purchase inmate medical monitoring systems and bands from Reassurance Solutions in the amount of $18,050 for five years; S4 said the attorney and the auditor had reviewed and it appeared acceptable to proceed. A motion and second were placed on the record and the item received support. The meeting record shows motions and approvals for these sheriff-requested items.
