Chair Phillip Peterson and CCRPC staff used the June 2 meeting to share several member and staff items. Bryan Davis pointed members to the VTrans Bicycle and Pedestrian Grant Program, noting applications are due June 12 and CCRPC staff offered to assist and provide letters of support. Staff also highlighted VTrans one‑page ADA and Title VI resources designed to help local public agencies understand compliance obligations.
The committee was directed to the USDOT Discretionary Grants Dashboard as a resource for competitive funding opportunities. Davis said he had heard salt prices are likely to rise on July 1 and encouraged municipalities to consider purchasing for the next winter ahead of the expected increase. Members also noted that Local Motion was hosting a June 9 webinar and roundtable on e-bikes and higher-powered e-motos and shared a link to advisory materials.
The TAC’s next regular meeting was set for July 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting adjourned at 10:24 a.m.
