Toms River board approves routine resolutions, MOU for TR South parking and personnel items; one recusal noted

The Board of Education of the Toms River Regional School District approved a series of routine motions at its July meeting, including financial and administrative items, an intergovernmental parking memorandum of understanding and multiple personnel appointments.

Highlights included approval of an impress fund account resolution, authorization of the district's annual submission to Ocean County for alternate-method-of-compliance requests, certification of the board secretary's May 2025 report, and an MOU with the County of Ocean for parking use at Toms River High School South. The board also approved personnel agenda items 1–20 and addendum items 21–35; the motion noted abstentions and recusals, and one board member recused on addendum item 26.
