City staff described the Happy Hollow Lift Station as the final lift station scheduled for rehabilitation and told the council the station's electrical system is adequate but that pumps and related equipment need replacement to ensure reliable sanitary sewer service and reduce failure risk. The council did not amend the expenditure or direct further study; staff may proceed with purchase and installation under the approved authorization.
