On Jan. 13 the Richmond City Council voted unanimously to adjourn open session and enter a closed session at 6:39 p.m. to discuss personnel matters and individually identifiable personnel records pursuant to Section 610.021(3) and (13) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. The motion to enter closed session was made by Councilor Deanna Guy and seconded by Councilor Barb Hardwick.
The council returned to open session at 6:41 p.m. on a motion by Councilor Guy, seconded by Councilor Hardwick, and adjourned the meeting at 6:42 p.m. according to the minutes. The minutes state that no actions were taken during the closed session.
