Richmond Council adopts FY2026 operating budget, amends FY2025 and approves related ordinances

Council also approved Resolution No. 469, which updates the Comprehensive Fee Schedule to reflect additions and increases adopted in the FY26 budget. Councilor June Paige moved to accept the fee changes; the resolution passed on a 6-0 vote.

All passed on unanimous 6-0 votes.
