Trustees also discussed a potential overlap between the Library Trustees’ management of library trust funds and the Trustees’ responsibility for library funds under the Trustees’ purview. They agreed to request a meeting with the Library Trustees to clarify procedures and reduce conflicts.
Robert Watts will forward his thoughts on a draft internal control and procedure manual; the Trustees agreed the Town of Amherst reference manual could serve as a template. Ms. Bovil agreed to register trustees for the State training program in June.
